We have all probably heard of the benefits of drinking warm lemon water every morning. I initially got into it because it helped me reduce cravings and the number of times that I snack a day. I have not always been a fan of drinking water, (even though I know how important it is for my health). Adding lemons to it has helped me drink more water during day.
There so many other benefits of drinking lemon water out there, and they have honestly just convinced me to stick to this habit.

Like I have already mentioned, I am not someone who enjoys drinking water. This all changed for me when I started drinking lemon water. Not only does the lemon water hydrate you, but I found that the more I drank lemon water, the more I drank normal water. I had no problem with going for plain water when I had run out of the lemon water I’d brought to work with me.

…and just drink it straight down. I will admit that when you start doing this, the taste might be too sour for you. But don’t worry it gets better. So keep at it because you definitely have a lot to gain from it.
